Man City star set to return against Man Utd – but forward is ruled out

Enzo Maresca has confirmed Nico O’Reilly is fully fit and available for Manchester City’s derby clash with Manchester United.

O’Reilly is ready to return to contention for the game having pulled out of the starting 11 against Coventry last week with a back issue.

But Jeremy Doku remains sidelined and needs more time before making his comeback.

“Nico is 100 per cent available,” Maresca confirmed.

“And Jeremy, I think he needs some more days.”

Maresca has also urged his side to stay true to themselves in what will be his first experience of the Manchester derby.

“It’s a special game and the most important thing we can try to do is to be ourselves in the way we have been until today,” he added.
