Spanish media have given their say on the possibility of Vinicius Jr joining Arsenal . The Real Madrid winger is wanted by the Gunners but talks between the clubs have yet to begin.
The 26-year-old is in the final 12 months of his contract and if Real can't secure an extension, they could be open to selling in order to avoid losing him for free next summer. A number of Spanish newspapers have weighed in on whether the transfer could actually happen.
Sport claims that Real president Florentino Perez has set a non-negotiable fee of £136million (€160m). The media outlet understands that the club will not bat an eyelid at a figure below this for Vini's signature.
Real are considering this fee to be an initial purchase with a number of add-ons, including performance bonuses and trophies won. Should Arsenal meet these demands, Sport sees no reason as to how the deal couldn't go through.

Marca aren't as confident that the transfer will happen though. The Spanish newspaper states that Vini is demanding at least £25m (€30m) per season to bring his salary close to Kylian Mbappe's.
They believe the contract extension negotiations are entering a "delicate phase" and if these conditions aren't met, it is unclear what the future holds for the winger. Cadena SER believes that the arrival of Yan Diomande could be the end of Vini in Spain.

The media outlet claims that Real's pursuit of the Ivory Coast international showcases the club's movement into a new era. The La Liga giants saw a £85.4m bid rejected by RB Leipzig and are now submitting an improved offer, believing that a deal can be done.
Sky has upgraded its Ultimate TV and Sky Sports bundle to now include HBO Max, Netflix, Disney+, discovery+ and Hayu, as well as 135 channels and full Sky coverage of the Premier League and EFL.
